/FOUNDRY PATTERNS
We produce pattern devices for both single-part and mass production
- We produce pattern devices including core boxes for the cores creation.
- The production is in accordance with standard DIN (ČSN) EN 12890, according to the customer´s requirements and according to the complete foundry technology.
- It is possible to produce patterns for a casting also according to the existing damaged castings by means of reverse engineering method (3D scanning).
- We produce from small dimensions to large pattern devices.
We produce pattern devices of the following materials:
- wood,
- metal,
- block material,
- casting substances,
- epoxy substances,
- polystyrene EPS, EPP.
We produce pattern devices for pattern moulding as follows:
- manually,
- automatic moulding lines DISA, HWS, SAVELLI, FORROMAT, GEORG
FISCHER, KÜNKEL-WAGNER.
The production of core boxes for the cores creation is a part of the production of pattern devices.
Pattern moulding:
- manually,
- machinely LAEMPE LL10,LL20.
Making a dimensional report is a matter of course.
