Production of composite materials consists of depositing the different layers of fabric or mats at each other and of progressive supersaturation with resin, which serves as a binding material. The resulting material is called composite.
- It is used in the production of small butch parts or for the creation of special moulds for small butch production of approx. 250 pcs.
- By using various fibres we can manufacture solid parts of low weight, such as parts of carbon fibres, so-called carbon parts.
- It is possible to adjust the materials for use under specific conditions (thermal and/or chemical resistance).
- Manufacture of special closed composite moulds for the hot production of parts.
